CFO / Business Advisor
Jeff is the founder of Lucrum Consulting and brings more than fifteen years of accounting experience and financial expertise to Lucrum's clients. Following his graduation from Guilford College with a degree in accounting, Jeff started his career with the tax department at the CPA firm Pesta Finnie & Associates. In 2004, he completed a Masters of Accounting from UNC-Charlotte, and in 2005 was named Chief Financial Officer of Mulvaney Properties and The Altura Group, LTD. When he started Lucrum in 2009, Jeff leveraged this experience to serve other land development and construction clients.
Jeff's industry expertise includes: homebuilders, construction subcontractors, professional service firms, restaurants, commercial real estate developers, and start-ups.
A Charlotte resident since 1984, Jeff is an Eagle Scout and remains active in Scouting. He also serves on the Finance Committee of the Harris YMCA. A father of two sons, Jeff and his wife, Taylor, are an active outdoor family. Jeff enjoys his morning workouts at the Y, shooting, hunting and fishing, and usually has more home improvement projects in process than he can handle.
